Who are we?

We are your next door neighbor who's good at internet stuff.

We are your nerdy cousin who is always eager to help. We are the tech savvy daughter of your mom's friend from book club. In short, we are NOT a giant corporation that doesn't know your name or your story. When you work with us, you are getting a personal relationship with real human beings who care about you and your project. We do not have an army of designers or an office with a bunch of fancy sparkling waters for you to choose from. We work from home, most of us have been doing web design for years for fun or as a part time side gig... but trust me, we're really good at what we do.

HOW WE WORK

Initial Consult

After you fill out a contact form, we'll reach out to schedule an interview to discuss your project, the desired deliverables, timeline, and budget. If it looks like we can't deliver what you're looking for, on time, and within budget, we'll respectfully bow out. Otherwise, if we're able to come to an agreement, we'll roll up our sleeves and put all ten digits to work crafting a website for you.

Building the Darn Thing

You can be as involved as you want to be. Want to help pick out the colors? Fun! Would you rather wait for a big home-makeover-style reveal? Even more fun! We don't charge by the hour, we charge by the project. We'll get this thing done however long it takes. (Within reason... We reserve the right to refund a deposit and part ways with difficult customers.)

Maintenance and Upkeep

Because we'll take care of the hosting for you, we'll have an ongoing relationship. Need a small tweak, or having technical issues? Just reach out, we got you— it's covered by your monthly services charge. Want to scrap it and build something new? We can do that too! (We'll just go back to the Initial Consult step, of course.)
